Kit Revolution Returns Policy

All sales are considered final. Kit Revolution does not issue refunds or enforce returns.

However, we understand issues can arise. If:

• You receive an item that is not as described in the listing (e.g. incorrect size, undisclosed damage, or a different item), or
• You do not receive the item,
  
  

we encourage you to:

1. Contact the seller directly using the platform messaging tool (“Message Seller” on the item page or via the Messages tab in your Dashboard).
2. Raise the issue via your Kit Revolution account within 2 days of delivery.

Because payments are held securely in escrow until you confirm safe receipt, you remain protected throughout the process.

Our support team is available to:

• Facilitate communication between buyer and seller, and
• Provide guidance to help resolve issues fairly.

Swaps are arranged directly between members and are based on mutual trust. Kit Revolution cannot enforce or reverse swaps but encourages users to:

• Share clear, honest descriptions and images
• Agree on collection arrangements and expectations in advance using the messaging tool.

Donated items are shared freely and provided “as-is.” No refunds, returns, or exchanges are available for these items. We recommend agreeing details and collection arrangements through the platform messaging tool to keep communication secure.

As a platform, Kit Revolution does not verify items or act as a direct intermediary in transactions. Buyer discretion is encouraged. We advise:

• Reviewing all listing details carefully
• Asking questions through the platform messaging tool before confirming a transaction
• Confirming item condition, size, and shipping method in advance
